Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

   In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:"We" or "Us" means Elements Casino Victoria (Langford);"You" or "Your" means the person who plays at Elements Casino Victoria (Langford);"Gaming Floor" refers to the area where games are played; and"Responsible Gaming Tools" includes GameSense materials, budgeting tips, session reminders, and access to trained advisors.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   By entering or continuing to play on the Gaming Floor of Elements Casino Victoria (Langford) (the "Casino"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any term or condition in this document, please exit immediately.

3. AGE RESTRICTION

   You must be at least 19 years old to play on the Gaming Floor of Elements Casino Victoria (Langford).

4. ID REQUIREMENT

   We reserve the right to request identification from any person playing on the Gaming Floor. We may refuse entry to anyone who does not provide satisfactory proof of age and identity.

5. PROOF OF AGE AND IDENTIFICATION

   Proof of age and identification must be provided in accordance with British Columbia regulations, including but not limited to, a valid government-issued photo identification card or driver's license.

6. PLAYING RESPONSIBLY

   We encourage you to play responsibly by setting personal spend limits, tracking your time spent playing, and taking regular breaks.

7. GAMBLING LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS

   You are advised that excessive gambling can be detrimental to your financial resources and may lead to negative consequences for yourself or others. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided, including but not limited to, pay-out odds and jackpot amounts.

8. EQUIPMENT FAILURE OR TECHNICAL ISSUES

   We will make every effort to resolve any issues with equipment failure or technical issues as soon as possible. If you experience a problem while playing on our Gaming Floor, please report it immediately to Casino staff.

9. RULES OF PLAY

   You must adhere to all rules and procedures outlined in this document when playing at Elements Casino Victoria (Langford). Failure to comply may result in the termination of your account or exclusion from the property.

10. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF PLAY ACCOUNT

    We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or terminate any play account that fails to meet our standards of responsible gaming or otherwise disrupts the normal functioning of our Gaming Floor.

11. SECURITY MEASURES

    We are committed to maintaining a secure environment at Elements Casino Victoria (Langford). We cannot guarantee against hacking attempts or other security breaches but will make reasonable efforts to prevent and mitigate them.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    Elements Casino Victoria (Langford) is owned by Petroglyph Development Group Ltd, which claims all intellectual property rights to the gaming systems, software, and designs used in our Gaming Floor.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia and any dispute arising from them will be resolved through arbitration or mediation under the rules of the province's judicial system.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such modifications shall apply prospectively from the date on which they are posted.

15. WAIVER OF CLAIMS

    If you have a claim against Elements Casino Victoria (Langford) or any of its affiliates related to this agreement, that claim will be deemed waived unless it is filed with Us within one (1) year after discovery by You.

16. EXCLUSIONS FROM RESPONSIBILITY

    Elements Casino Victoria (Langford) shall not be liable for damage resulting from natural disasters, unforeseen events beyond our control, or errors in the gaming equipment, software, or procedures.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Elements Casino Victoria (Langford)  relating to Your play at the Gaming Floor of this casino.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION OF CONFIDENTIALITY

Elements Casino Victoria (Langford) (the "Casino") is committed to protecting its customers' personal information and maintaining their trust by adhering to responsible gaming practices, including strict confidentiality regarding account activities, player communications, financial records, and other confidential materials.
